Lady Gaga and Interscope Records have teamed up with Appetizer Mobile, a New York City-based leading full-service mobile development digital agency, release "Lady Gaga: The Monster In You" mobile application now available for iPhone ($.99) and Facebook. She tweet:

Fans who fork over the $.99 cents to download the app will be able to morph into "Little Monsters" by uploading a photo and transforming themselves or their friends by applying prosthetic makeup, horns and lipstick, similar to adding filters to photos in the popular Instagram photo app. Other features allow fans to download Lady Gaga's latest album, "Born This Way," and share their "Little Monster" pictures via Twitter, Facebook, and Email.
