Lady Gaga has given a reworked version of 'The Greatest Things' - which was originally penned for the eccentric star herself - as a "gift" to the singer-and-actress for her next album.

Can you say epic? We can’t wait to get our hands on Cher’s version of the Gaga-penned tune, but for now, we’ll have to settle for Mama Monster’s demo version.
