Lady Gaga has broken another record this time for being part of the biggest magazine ever published. The achievement has been acknowledged by the Guinness World Records! The appears on the larger-than-life magazine cover dressed as an oil-slicked mermaid for the 2.1 metre high edition of art publication Visionaire 61.
Famed photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin shot the photos. Top fashion photographers Steven Klein, Mario Sorrenti and Bruce Weber, British artist Sam Taylor-Wood, and Director Ridley Scott have also contributed to the publication.
Gagas quote to accompany the photos was: "There is no oil too thick as to destroy the imagination."
Don't expect to find the magazine at your local newsagency though. The standard size edition sells for $375 and only 2,500 copies have been printed. The Deluxe Edition, which is the largest magazine every published, according to the Guinness Book of World Records, sells for $1,500.
