Lady Gaga Among The Acts to Perform at a New Harpenden Music Festival

Sir John Lawes playing field is going to be transformed into an exciting music venue for a whole afternoon and evening of live acts by four of Britain's leading tribute bands - Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Queen - as well as performances by the talented young musicians and singers of Sir John Lawes and Manland Primary.

The climax of the evening will be a performance by the ultimate Queen tribute band, Killer Queen, who have recently performed to a crowd of 30,000 in Brussels.

The event will also feature children's entertainment including a bouncy castle, climbing walls and magicians as well as a festival market and food outlets including hog roast, pizzas and Chinese noodles.

The event starts at 1pm and goes on until 10.00pm...that's nine hours of entertainment. Tickets are on sale from 27th February; an early bird discount is available until 31st March.

The Festival on the Field will help raise funds for much-needed facilities for both Sir John Lawes and Manland Primary school.
