Digitally still dead Lady Gaga was spotted in Milan wearing custom made On Aura Tout Vu, Crystal Catsuit and Giorgio Armani, platform shoes.

Start counting: A model wore the catsuit during 2 days and 2 nights while over 3000 black pearls, stones and crystals were glued and sewn onto it by 2 designers, 2 assistants, 2 couturiers and 5 fashion students!
