Lady Gaga have spotted shopping in New York City yesterday. Lady Gaga’s latest single “Born This Way” rules Billboard’s Hot 100 for a fourth straight week. The track becomes Gaga’s longest running chart-topper: her previous number one hits “Just Dance” and “Poker Face” spent three and one week atop the list, respectively.
