Lady Gaga has seen off competition from teenage pop star Justin Bieber to be named the world's best paid young celebrity. Gaga's chart hits and her mammoth world tour have pushed the 25 year old to the top of Forbes magazine's compilation of the "Best Paid Celebrities Under 30," with estimated earnings of a staggering $90 million in the last year. Bieber, 17, came second after pulling in a massive $53 million over the past 12 months, while country singer Taylor Swift, 21, was in fifth place with $45 million.
Other entries in the top 10 include Katy Perry ($44 million), Beyonce ($35 million) and Rihanna ($29 million).
