Lady Gaga was spotted out from Louis Vuitton Matsuya Ginza store earlier today in Tokyo. Gaga is set to perform on “Music Station” tomorrow, and another performance will be aired on NYE on the Japanese TV Show “NHK Red and White Song Battle.”
